Your information is used solely to execute your car rental reservation, verify driving eligibility with UAE transport authorities, coordinate vehicle delivery, and manage customer communications on WhatsApp and email. We never sell or license customer data to third-party marketing entities.

All submitted digital contracts, driving credentials, and pre-authorization tokens are stored in encrypted environments adhering to modern industry security standards. Access is restricted strictly to authorized operations personnel.
