Rental Terms & Conditions
Governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and UAE Federal Road Regulations.
1. Eligibility and Identification
The hirer must be at least 21 years of age for standard sports and luxury vehicles, or at least 23 to 25 years of age for high-horsepower supercars. International visitors must hold a valid passport, UAE entry stamp/visa, and a valid national driving license or International Driving Permit (IDP). UAE residents must hold an original Emirates ID and a valid UAE driving license.
2. Mileage Allowance & Additional Charges
Each rental includes an allowance of 250 kilometers per 24-hour period unless an alternative package is explicitly agreed upon in writing. Excess mileage beyond this threshold is charged at standard per-kilometer rates (AED 5 to AED 25/km depending on vehicle tier) upon vehicle return.
3. Zero Deposit Policy & Guarantees
Under our 'Say No to Deposit' program, verified renters may opt to waive cash security deposits using digital verification and credit card pre-authorizations. The hirer remains legally responsible for all documented traffic fines, Salik toll fees, parking tickets, and damages incurred during the rental duration.
4. Salik Tolls & Traffic Fines
All electronic Salik toll crossings in the UAE are charged at AED 5 per crossing. Any traffic, speeding, or parking violations incurred are the legal liability of the hirer and will be billed based on official Dubai Police / RTA records.
5. Prohibited Uses
Vehicles may not be used for track racing, off-road desert dune bashing, drifting, towing, commercial sub-leasing, or driving outside the recognized borders of the United Arab Emirates without written approval.
