How Our Delivery & Collection Works
Plan your delivery & collection
Send the address, building or villa number, map pin and contact who will meet the representative. Identify a legal inspection point. For large properties, confirm the entrance instead of relying on a general location pin.
Details to confirm before booking
Leave time for documents, the agreement and joint inspection. Ask for an agreed window rather than assuming instant delivery. Confirm waiting, parking and access costs, and update the team if delayed. The approved driver should be present.
Collection and special arrangements
Agree return time and place before the trip. Clarify what happens if the address changes. Restore the required fuel level and prepare a joint return check. Keep the acknowledgement and closing statement. Fees and availability depend on the confirmed booking.
