Rental costs & payment planning

Understand the full total rather than comparing the advertised daily rate alone.

Compare equivalent quotes

Start with the exact car, dates, number of days and driver. Compare mileage, delivery and collection, insurance excess and deposit treatment. A lower headline rate can become a higher total if it includes less distance or excludes a fee covered in another quote.

What belongs in a written quote

Request the vehicle charge, taxes, delivery, optional protection, additional drivers and accessories as separate items. Ask how extra kilometres, tolls, parking, fuel shortfall and late return are billed. A refundable deposit or card hold should be shown separately from rental spend.

Use the live listings to shortlist vehicles, then request a final total for your dates. Availability and price can change with the model, duration and booking period. A monthly price is not necessarily thirty daily rates; a weekly plan is not automatically unlimited mileage.

      Paying and keeping records

Confirm the accepted payment method, currency, payer name and any processing conditions before transferring funds. Keep the invoice, agreement, transaction reference and booking confirmation. For business bookings, provide the correct invoice details in advance. Your receipt should show what was paid and what remains outstanding.
