List the property where the rental begins, where it ends and any later accommodation change. Include guest names only through the confirmed booking channel. A booking with a hotel destination still requires the exact entrance and property permission.

Plan the practical details

Ask the first hotel whether a document check and vehicle inspection may take place at its arrival area. Confirm access separately at the return property. Delivery staff are not necessarily authorised to enter a restricted residential or resort car park.

Keep the arrangement clear

Distinguish your driving itinerary from service stops. You can plan several visits, but additional deliveries, vehicle exchanges or luggage handling are separate arrangements that must be requested and quoted. Do not assume the concierge accompanies your day.

Close the rental carefully

If the property changes, send the revised pin before the agreed return time and obtain approval. Confirm fees, key transfer rules and where the inspection will occur. Avoid leaving a car with a valet desk as a substitute for an authorised return.

A practical booking example

For a stay that begins in Dubai Marina and ends at a Downtown hotel, put both addresses in the booking request. Your driving stops between them are your itinerary; delivery at one hotel and collection at another are service arrangements. Ask each property for the correct vehicle entrance, then confirm the fees and inspection location with the company. If you change hotels, update the approved return plan before the deadline.
