Check parking before arrival

Ask your hotel or venue which entrance, parking area and access procedure to use. Confirm clearance or space constraints for the actual vehicle. A hotel arrival or venue reservation does not automatically include free parking.

    Clarify valet responsibility

Ask the rental company how valet use is treated under your agreement. Use the venue’s authorised service, retain the key or claim record and report any concerns promptly. Valet collection is not a substitute for a rental return inspection.

Pay attention to local parking rules

Read the signage and current payment instructions for the parking area you use. Keep confirmations and understand the difference between public parking, a private car park and a venue valet fee.

        Record changes in condition

Check the car when it is returned to you and contact the rental team if you notice a problem. Keep relevant records and follow the company’s reporting procedure instead of agreeing an informal repair with a third party.

          Your planning checklist

          • Correct parking entrance
          • Valet procedure and record
          • Parking payment confirmation
          • Condition check after each handover

          Frequently asked questions

Does free car delivery include free parking?

No. Delivery and parking are separate arrangements unless your quote explicitly says otherwise.

Can I leave the car with a valet as my rental return?

Only if the rental company has agreed that process and the final inspection and key handover arrangements.
