Delivery & return

Rental extensions, late returns and early collection

Agree schedule changes before they change your bill.

Ask before the agreed return time

Send your requested new date and time as soon as plans change. The same car may already be reserved for another customer, so continued use cannot be assumed. Obtain confirmation before extending the rental.

    Request a revised quote

Ask how additional hours or days are charged, whether the rate changes and how extra mileage is allocated. A weekly or monthly daily equivalent is not necessarily the price of an extension. Check payment and deposit adjustments too.

      Plan early returns separately

Returning sooner may not reduce the contracted charge. Confirm the early-return policy and collection availability before making a change. If you need a different return location, agree the access, time and fee.

Keep a record of the new agreement

Retain the written extension, revised mileage allowance and approved return arrangements. Tell the team about flight changes and request instructions if a delay occurs; a message alone is not confirmation.

          Your planning checklist

          • New date, time and location
          • Written availability confirmation
          • Revised rate and mileage
          • Early-return and delay policy

          Frequently asked questions

Can I keep the car and pay later?

Ask first. A continued rental requires company approval and revised terms.

Do I receive a refund for returning early?

It depends on the agreed policy. Confirm it before booking or changing the schedule.
