Inter-emirate journeys from Dubai

Prepare the permitted route, mileage and support arrangements for longer UAE journeys.

Agree the journey

Tell the team if you plan to visit Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah or another emirate. Confirm permission for your exact car and roadside support on the intended route. Permission to drive to another emirate is separate from having the car delivered or collected there.

    Distance and destination planning

Estimate the return trip, local driving and detours, then compare them with the included mileage. Ask for an appropriate package before booking. Discuss fuel stops and parking at the destination. Road and parking rules can vary between emirates.

Stay within the agreed road use. A UAE rental also does not establish permission for an international border crossing; never proceed on assumption.

      Leave time for the return

Plan rest breaks and enough time to get back for collection. Keep the assistance contact available. If a warning light, tyre issue or severe weather affects the journey, stop safely and ask for guidance instead of continuing just to protect your schedule.

        Your planning checklist

        • Permitted emirates and route
        • Full return-trip distance
        • Assistance arrangement
        • Fuel, parking and return time
